Return & Refund Policy

 

All Sales Final

 

Because ReadySet products are consumable food and beverage items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy helps us maintain the safety and quality of every product we sell.

 

Damaged or Defective Orders

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at scott@schubiner.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will issue store credit for the affected item(s) once the issue is verified.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they have shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Subscription Orders

 

Subscribers may skip, pause, or cancel an upcoming subscription order at any time before it processes by managing their subscription through the customer account portal. Refunds are not issued for subscription orders that have already shipped, except in cases of damage as outlined above.
